  • Actually I do have a lot of experience with homes I own a mortgage going on 8 yrs currently. I see a lot of appraisals and rental props. In Wi renters really bust your chops about things. I think a great looking kitchen just helps with appeal of the rental and getting a better client. Great work. I'm looking to move to Memphis this fall and buying some properties. Good work.

  • @ibtnm25 Give me a call when you move to Memphis. Our market and our renters are very unique. The areas you think are great to invest in, may not be all that good. The areas you think would be terrible, may be pretty good. Also, in Memphis it is not unusual for a $300,000 to be within the same few blocks of the hood.

  • The property looks good but needs a lot of udating. Wall paper has to go all new cabinets everywhere and of course the carpet. New doors as well.

    Renovation is in process. Carpet is already gone. Cabinets are fine for a rental. I have 2 interested parties wanting to rent; we are asking $950 a month. Are you looking for investment properties. By your comments, I take it you are new to the game. I would like the opportunity to speak with you if you are in the market for rental properties.

  • Thank you. You dogged my other property and the one on Fortner is actually a better ROI. However this one appraises for 10k more.
