nah. you'd be surprised... it's all hoop-taught. i've considered taking a few classes to learn some steps and mechanics. but getting loose and forming waves and all... i think you just need a hoop and some time. (heavy hoop, start heavy)

Love it!
I love how many of us would never consider ourselves "dancers" but seriously, that was hot! You've got a great groove and if I ever end up in Philly will have to go dancing.

AIR hooping! that IS what it's called! hope to see you this summer. i was all ambitious about visiting california, but i might have started planning too late. idk. we'll see. keep in touch though. mwah!
