This is the first of a series of videos called "FF IX Perfect Boss Slaying Guide". As the name suggests, those videos will be a complete guide for you to be able to perfectly kill ANY boss in Final Fantasy IX.

This is also the first video I've created, don't know if the work I've done is good or not, so please don't be so harsh.

Hypercam 2, the program I used to record the game (Fraps did not work for me) did not record the sound. So, I'm using a song from Nobuo Uematsu's band, the Black Mages. The song is also from FF IX and it's called "Vamo Alla Flamenco".

I'm only doing this because Final Fantasy IX is my favourite game ever.

Expect complete videos to slay any boss, optional or not in the game.

Tools used:

pSX Emulator v1.13
Hypercam 2
AVS Video Editor
Adobe Photoshop CS4

Credits to the creators of the above programs, as well as the creators of this incredible game, as well as The Black Mages band, the creators of the music. I don't own anything of the above.

  • First comment yipeeeeee....!! "kali arxi" nice video but i would like it a little more without the music playing above.....just the original sounds and ost....!!

  • @EanthorElodel Actually, I wish I could keep the original sounds and music too, but the damn pc won't let me do that. I said that to the description, to record the sound along with the video, I sould be able to activate a specific value that has something to do with the sound card. But I'm using a special sound card, "Guitar Rig 3" that has no such value, which makes recording sound impossible.

So, I thought I should turn that con to my side, by using Nobuo Uematsu's awesome pieces of music. ;)
