He told the audience at the 02 in Nov 2010 that he was "never comfortable" with his dad's passing,That he wrote Veins for him.It must have been some coping strategy for Richard Marx when Luther (there is only one),followed.This man is a one off,under stated and underrated.Ain't no one on the planet writes with more heart and soul.A true one off.I was blessed to see him in 2010.The messiah lives !!!

this song is so heart warming and touching... I'm sitting here and my eyes are filled with tears because the song speaks true words for me as for many people either.
Miss you. And of course Richard Marx is doing great as always. I love his voice and I'm sure he is one of the most gifted and talented musicians/songwirters these days.
