  • So, how do you train?

  • Diligently.

  • Is there any specific dit da jow needed to train this way? Also is there any bad effects on ur body?

  • Yes there is a specific dit da jow and if trained properly there are no bad side effects.... The proof is in the results....

  • @SilverApe1428 yes there are very harmful affects to your body from dit da jow. the linament tightens your skin and gives it the iron toughness but after many years of trianing with using the linament before and after sessions your body becomes use to having the extra help from the dit da jow. as soo as you stop using the linament your skin will start to break down and ware away from everyday tasks. this information was recieved from my master Lawrence Burnes 8th degree, trained in shaolintemple

  • @prideofthesouth88 This is not true. Your master has not studied Bak Fu Pai and he does not use our dit da jow. There are not any harmful side effects from using properly prepared dit da jow plus the body does not go dependent on the di da jow. My skin is smooth and my hands are soft. My fingers and iron palms are strong.

  • Most serious martial artists do body hardening exercises. Iron kung fu is simply taking it to an extreme.

Boxing teaches some skills that can be useful in a fight, but it's a sport. By using padded gloves, boxers actually cheat themselves out of a lot of the body hardening conditioning they could be getting. Mike Tyson, for instance, once broke his hand punching a man in a bar fight. He had plenty of power, but he hadn't built up his hands to be able to deal with it in a real fight.
