Actually, the weapon you're thinking of that can accept the drum is the Finnish KP44. It was based on a combination between the PPS42 and PPS43, but was chambered in 9mm Luger and only worked with Suomi KP31 mags/drums. They're neat guns, just not entirely practical in pistol form (picture PPS43, with 5 pound drum full of 9mm, in pistol form. That should give you an idea of how bad it is as a pistol).

decent video, even though it is not loaded you should always keep your fingers off the trigger. Other kids may see this and think they can. I did learn a few things about it. Waiting on mine now!
