@deo73 Dude this is about Johnny Guitar Watson. Vedder got the idea for the song after seeing a Johnny Guitar record cover on a wall with a hedonistic Johnny Guitar upseting a tame old fashioned beauty. He goes on about it in an interview with Vertigo FM during last year's european tour.

Kinda funny, just because just 3 years ago, Life Wasted, was written about Johnny Ramone dying, who was kinda like Eddie's best friend.
