where can i find/get the city street bg, with thunder sfx etc. ?

All the maps I used were from NLC I think.. Also the Subway in NLC.. I tinted it to a darker color, also the clouds are from hene and tinted black. I forgot where I got the thunder though.. Not a maple effect.
