Your quoting of Titus 3 shows that you are a prideful old priest. You are a pharisee. Silly hat. All outward show and no substance. You also quote false documents in order to discredit Pike.
Your Orthodox belief will not save you. Nor will all your sacraments, golden cups, vestments and glorious buildings. Your Church is the syagogue of the devil and anti-christ. Goodbye old fool.

@02Blackbeard You are deceived. I almost laughed when I heard you quote St Paul's words, "God is all and in all", St Paul was a Christian, not an idolater. He believed in the Resurrection of the dead and the life of the age to come in the Kingdom of Christ.
I am going to ban you now because you won't change your mind about your beliefs which are totally alien the Spirit of Christ and His Gospel. Y
God is not in the sky, God is everywhere. He FILLS Heaven and Earth, but he is not heaven & earth

@02Blackbeard I don't believe you, it sounds like a story you want to use to support your beliefs. Beats me.
Demons and angels are real. God is real and Satan is also real. Do not deceive yourself, if you were an Anglican priest (as you claim), you certainly would have known never to abandon the Lord Jesus Christ. No-one knowing Christ though would ever leave him, you must have never known him in the first place, that is why you don't like Traditional Christianity.
You're a blind man.

@mishakol129 It is Idolatry to place anything alongside of God (who is ALL in ALL). For example, a soul as a separate entity, a universe separate from God, free-will etc. It is you and your Church which is guilty of Idolatry.
Your God is nothing but a gigantic object. He is the ego writ large. The big one in the sky.
Only the physical body gets sick, dies and rots. what are you? A materialist? In esse I am eternal being. I am of one essence with God.
Your religion is of the outer husks only.

@mishakol129 You are the one who is deluded my friend. I was an Anglican priest, deaconed 1991, ordained priest 1992. Served in the Anglican Church 1987-2000, consecrated into an old catholic/orthodox line 2000. Served in that capacity 2000-2007. Then I saw the light. I now reject the RC, Orthodox and Anglican Churches, along with their poor relations, (Methodists, URC etc.) as anti-Christ. Always hand in glove with the State/Establishment. i renounced my infant baptism in 2008.

@02Blackbeard God is not all things, this is idolatry which the Lord dislikes very much. Please, recognize that there is a God to be worshiped who is outside yourself, do not turn to worship your own self, that is extremely narcissistic.
Do you realize how selfish your religion is? You're deluded. Go and humble yourself before the One True God, make yourself into God because you are not God, you are a MORTAL HUMAN BEING... MORTAL! You DIE, get SICK, and then ROT in the GROUND, you are DUST!
-
@02Blackbeard Infant baptism and holy communion are not falsehoods, you don't know what you speak of.
My question is WHY would you want to believe in the Christian Scriptures if you are not really a Christian (but a panthiest)? It makes no sense to me.
The type of religion you are describing is New Age, its just a different name. Same game different name.
Im gonna have to cut off this conversation according to the command of Titus 3:10.
Fact is, if you do not have Christ you do not have God.
-
@mishakol129 My religion has nothing to do with either New Age or Freemasonry. It is the Sanatana Dharma, the Perennial Philosophy. See Aldous Huxley for intro.
I am a pantheist. ALL is God. "In Him we live and move and have our being. We are his offspring".....become what you are.
You don't save yourself. You meet with a guru who can dispel the darkness...your ignorance. Then your innate divinity shines forth. "THAT (Brahman) ART THOU".
"God became man that man might become God".
-
@mishakol129 There is falsehood in the Orthodox Church. Infant baptism and communion on a spoon for a start.
@YoungPrezident37 God is not all things. God's eternal nature is in all things, but God is not all things. You need to be careful how you understand the Scriptures. Have you ever read the early Church Fathers, or the monastic writers before who spoke about God? You should, because there's nothing worse that for a person to trust in his own heart. There's nothing worse than for a person to thing that he knows everything about the Bible, what it teaches, and how to be a Christian.
