This is how you block a website without using netsweeper or needing admin power :)
Educational purpose only.

put this in Command Prompt:
notepad C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts

it will bring you to the notepad and it should say:

127.0.0.1 localhost

then under that put whatever site you want to block I.E

127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 www.google.ca


thats all you must do :) thanks for watching :)
