I am starting a gluten free weight loss diet. This video briefly outlines my meal exercise plan. I am currently 220lbs. and trying to get down to 190lbs. in 12 weeks. I am starting out on a 2300 calories diet and doing 6 meal per day. Each mail will be just under 400 calories with 45% protein, 35% carbs, and 20% fats.
