@devdoy This is over a year old, i know the difference, i guess you interpreted me calling this parkour some how because i wrote the word in the tags, and yes i can do movement without flips... thanks.

Well I read it was taken using the HDC-TM700 but still thinking the Cine Mode (24p) was used. Am I wrong?

Yea I had the color settings off & also it wasnt in 1080p mode.But Im switching to a different editing program from now on. I was using a hacked version of sony vegas9 on my friends computer to edit this and I didnt know how to upload it at best quality,so it dropped the quality pretty bad. Its been doing that on all the videos I have edited with sony vegas.

After I get this computer setup I am buying that should keep up with the editing I will be using Adobe Premiere cs4 to edit.

Nice. I so need to work on getting my muscle ups clean. Tendinitis f's up your world. Maybe if i can get my muscle ups clean again I can start working on other movements. Thanks for the video.

@ArtisticFlow87 Nice, who's your friend and where's he moving too? I live in Ontario, but I've got friends that train in Montreal, Vancouver, and Winnipeg that I can get him in touch with. And I definitely plan on trying the fly away fulls next time I hit up the gym.
