My Green Cheek Conure, loves dried red chilis. I have made the mistakes a time or 2, when I didn't realize she'd been eating one, gave her a kiss ... wow, do they burn! lol

I gather that birds are not sensitive to capsacin - the hotness in hot peppers. Only mammals. My former Goffin Cockatoo loved hot peppers, albeit he only had dried red chilis and serranos.
