@lumajs By the way, if you knew Klaus's writings and speeches, you would know what he thinks about externalities. It's silly to focus on externalities so much because much of the economy is always about the "internalities" - the real profit of the two main parties of a contract - which is the essential thing and "externalities", which sometimes lead to the opposite conclusions, are just cherries on the pie.

Dear Lubomír, Klaus had to be lots of fun. His answers make a lot of sense and they bring your brain into gears - unlike most others. ;-)
