When he goes to settings, how does he get that set up where the blocks are on the side and you have the option to go from survival to creative? Does he use mac, pc, or what? Is that just part of the mod? Help I just bought minecraft today!

its called To many items, it allows you to get diffrent items for free. you can also set it from survival to creative, set the time to day, etc. etc.
