Killer bees are real, but it seems unlikely they would deliberately go after people. They attack because they feel threatened.

I used to see this movie on the late night movie blocks of the early 90's. Me any my friend used to love this movie simply because it was so bad it was hysterical. Anytime we would see a bee or wasp we would just yell "Beeeeez!" in a cheesy voice.

I really hoped MST3K would pick up this movie but it never happened (then again this movie is golden globe material compared to most MST3K stuff)

I pray RiffTrax will one day make a track for this movie.

I watched the entire movie on YouTube last week and it's much worse than I expected. Where are the production values from 'Poseidon Adventure/Towering Inferno'? Did Irwin Allen print the first takes only?! Dear God this movie is dire. So bad that even the unintentional laughs can't save it. Love the 6 guys with flamethrowers tackling all of Houston and Caine using only 2 helicopters to disperse the poison pellets. The cast must have known this was a dud during filming.
