  • Love your videos Bob. Super informative but have your production person cut back the dang music. I hate having to adjust the video volume several times after clicking to watch.

  • OATMEAL? Really? Try taking your blood sugar 30 minues after a bowl of oatmeal. It'll raise it more than a snickers bar...

  • Yeah I like whole oatmeal instead of the powder type oatmeal. Looks Great and will try that.

  • I agree. Music isn't necessary to demonstrate a recipe.

  • Try my oatmeal COLD cereal: In a sealed container, 2 cups of old-fashioned oats (not instant oats), 1 cup craisins or similar dried fruit, 1 cup sliced almonds, and tblsp cinnamon. Shake it up good to blend. Add 1/2 cup of this cereal to a bowl and add blueberries & milk. It's great! For an Omega-3 kick, I sometimes add a tablespoon of milled flaxseed to the bowl...it's kind of powdery and some people may not like this. I use milled because actual flax seeds don't break down during digestion

  • I always make it with milk! It is jummy!

  • Aren't steel-cut oats much better for you?
