@anonymusum Making money doesn't go with musical skill, unfortunately. Compare Bieber with Hiromi, and you'll see what I mean. That also goes that a great mechanic won't generally own a Testarossa, but a Juseppe with deep pockets who has no appreciation for the car design is more likely to own one.

I own Stevie Wonder's old Jupiter-8! Bought it from a shop that commissioned his old synths when he purchased the new (at the time) PPG 'wave synth'!!
I have 5 videos from a show I played in Winnipeg, 1986, featuring the Jupiter, my MIDI'd Yamaha CP-80, with an Ensonique keyboard off the the side.. Check my videos.. I just got it fixed up 1 month ago & am looking forward to getting it integrated in my new recordings.. Purchased 1983 - $4,200 / by 1993, it was worth $450.00. Today: $6,000+

I mean one finger chromatic, obviously
-
why did this guy have a jupiter 8 for 20 years with a flightcase when HE CAN'T PLAY???
what was he doing for the last 20 years?
And yeah, I saw the one note chromatic too. Sheesh, my piano teacher had me doing one-hand chromatics in minor thirds way before I even joined my first band.

They had one at goodwill for $30 where I live, but that was five years ago when I wasn't interested at the time in playing keyboards....DAMN IT!!!

you should have never sold it man.

what a wonderful imstrument -- imagine this on top of a fender rhodes

Did I just see you do a chromatic scale with one finger? That just happened!
Funny, real musicians mostly cannot afford synths like this, but people who cannot play own them.
