This is my tank after my main white lights went out. This blue light acts as a dusk to the fish creating a more realist changing of the light. This light is also very important to the corals. Along with the white light they get allot of there food from the blue light as well. 80% of the corals food come from the light. It is very important to give them the right amount of light. Don't leave your light on 24 hours a day either. It is very important for your corals to have 12 hours of darkness as well. This 12 hours of darkness allows them to spawn faster (reproduce). Plus the darkness helps to keep your fish nice and calm. How don't forget. When you turn your light off, your PH level will drop. I have another light above my trickle filter under the tank that turns on the counter balance this PH balance shift. This light turns on at night when the above light turns off. You must do your homework on these saltwater tanks. If you don't you WILL BE SPENDING LOTS OF MONEY FROM MISTAKES. The fish stores WILL NOT TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DO. THEY WANT YOU TO MESS UP SO YOU WILL COME BACK WITH MORE QUESTIONS AND THEY WILL TALK YOU INTO SPENDING MORE MONEY.

Stay posted. I may create another video on a easy way to start and cycle your very own saltwater tank. The tank you see in the video has been up for about 6+ years now. I have had my problems and I have learned from them.

Thanks for looking.
