CORRECTION: It seats seven people. The rear two seats are designed for kids (yes, it's safe) and there is an option to remove the seats.

it can have 2 rear facing booster seats built in for small kids

7 seats are an option; 2 reverse facing jump seats in the back (trunk area) for small children.

I've seen a few videos and it seats 7 people, which is really cool and unheard of.
