This is, of course, nonsense. The unit takes electrical energy from (ultimately) the alternator and breaks down water into H2 and O2. This is fed back into the engine where it is burned in the cylinders. The engine powers the alternator. Engines are less than 40% efficient and alternators are less than 100% efficient. So each time the cycle is repeated, about 70% of the energy is lost. The only saving grace is that very little energy goes through this silly loop. Feel good, use more gas.
