I know Russian, and i assure you in russian: ''Kak ona tam v tumane?" the first part of the sentence, ''KAK ONA TAM" can be Literally translated as ''how is she there?" (physically) but in this context, it means as if wondering: ''How is horse doing there?" it means that the hedgehog cared about the horse. All the things looked scary and all in the fog, but in the end they ended up kind. Hedgehog was confused at first. but he felt kindness towards the horse thus inquiring:''how is she?" Its 100%
