Alistar's Heal Cooldown Bug

What happens here is that there are some skills that use dummy units. This dummy behave like dead minions units trigger the effect on Alistar's "Triumphant Roar" that reduces the cooldown on 4 seconds. Some skills operate spawning dummy units constantly which will allow Alistar to constatly cast his heal.

Skills that can cause this:
-Singed's Poison trail.
-Gangplank's Ultimate.

It was a Mana fight, alistar should've bought a Manamune...

A dummy unit is when it spawns an invisible unit that doesn't attack and usually disappears over time to perform a certain action / skill. In this case each little part of singes trail is a dummy unit, and when it disappears alistars heal cd proc goes off.

@penguinshark6 "not sure if trolling or just stupid" -.- 1st u cant hack in league of legends, 2nd this is befire 2 min how should u get all cd reduction items, 3rd even with cd reduction runes masteries AND items u can only have a 40% reduced cd which means u still have a cooldown of 6 seconds based on a 10 sec cd for his heal (is it 10 or 8? i dont know 100%) it must be a bug cant be anything else ;)

its probaly not a bug either the guys hacking or he has all cd reduction runes masteries and item's witch probaly isnt even the case here

in the past u can have 0 coll down at all spells;) they forget to disable that^^
