@aztec714ok i agree with you i will say that it is possible that the majority of African Americans may have admixture somewhere down the line but not every single African American is mixed most of them may have the White man slave master rape blood not as many Afro Americans are mix with native American blood because most native Americans did not believe in mixing with the Africans it was against their tradition

Haven't you taken DNA test yet?? Not a lot of black American people are 100% sub saharan African. Don't you know Oprah Winfrey is 3% east Asian, 8% native American, and 89% African. Snoop dogg is 71% african, 23% native American, and 6% European and George lopez is 55% European, 32% native American, 9% Asian and 4% African. Everybody is admixtures.

The word REDBONE comes from a tribe of african slaves that had alot of light skin ppl they are the igbo tribe slave masters(and other africans) called them RED IGBO which= red bone. We look exactly like pure africans some dark some light skin. Not ALL mixed

@duvalcountydabangem I'm aware of everything that you've mentioned. When I say that alot of Americans look different I mean they carry non African features. I only used pure blooded African to represent people from various locations of the Africa, who claim a solid line of ancestry. I myself can show you the past generations in my family that are not black, or of mixed decent.

FYI east and north africans tend to have lighter skin, nicer hair and better features then the west african people you black americans share ancestry with.

Im ethiopian and i have lighter skin and softer hair then the average west african descended african american. Blacks from african countries such as ethiopia, sudan, somalia, even south africa dont have dark skin or nappy hair like you african americans.

the majority of black americans are in some ways mixed. Compare yourself to a pureblooded African you'll notice a slight difference, but i like being black

@MonsieurMercredi we would know that Barack Obama is mixed because he look mix it's obvious Barack Obama is a Biracial African American and it shows that he is mix by the way he look his mother is White and as far as people don't claim to be mixed but look mix i have met people like that a lot of Black people claim to be mix quicker and a lot of mix Black claim to be pure Black quicker hahaha it's crazy and it gets confusing
