With the E6000 glue, is it better to use a patent leather or fabric shoe? For some reason I'm thinking that when you walk and crease the shoe that all the rhinestones would just fall off.

I do not wear these all of the time and they really do not crease, so I have not had that issue. Make sure the surface is clean and free of any chemicals or powders before you apply the glue.
