I absolutely have to get my hands on your music.

Thank you for sharing, mate. I too am starting the Yang form but I have already secured private lessons to learn the sword form. it's worth it. How do you feel since starting Tai chi? specifically, that is.

I'm still learning Yang Style long form, it'll be a while before I get to do this.
Plus, next time, cut out the music, watching the form itself is enough.

TajiBum, a Tai Chi classmate gave me a CD with "Various Tango" written on it, knowing that my wife and I are into Tango dancing (and music). If you'd like to know where the track came from, I can ask him if he remembers this.

Hmmm....specifically? Well, it's been over four years. I move better, feel more relaxed, have lost a lot of hard style martial arts rigidity. I enjoy my Tai Chi class mates a lot -- great informal and mutually supportive atmosphere. Self-defense wise, I actually feel that Tai Chi is more practical than my previous training. Moving fluidly is key, not relying on pre-programmed moves. So, yes, I'm a happy Tai Chi camper.
