Anubis is right, at least half our prior service and recent vets. All are dedicated with the same req as any other mil branch. Same basic and AIT training as enlisted army. same deployement. same risk. i dont know how thats "playing army". every mil branch has reservist

it was a "state of emergency", the gov took action. maybe it was not the best action, or yes atleast gone about the wrong way, but it was not the decision of National Guard. let me tell you something, I live in LA, and when Nat Guard went to the streets for the riots, thats the ONLY reason it stopped. 52 murders, 3,000 injuries, $500 mill in damage, in 6 days. whether you appreciate the gov is up to you. But not to appreciate our military is a whole other thing.
