Superfood recipe for kale and avocado salad. One of the best ways to get the nutrients that your body needs. Raw and delicious.

step 1. Chop kale into smaller pieces
step 2. mix with olive oil
step 3. add avocado and mix
step 4. add green onions + raisins
step 5. mix everything together
step 6. add lemon juice ( squeeze lemon with your hands or using a squeezer )
step 7. mix everything again and

SERVE!
ENJOY!
