im guessing just as a replacement to the bland 'mashaAllah', right?

also, in v. 39 ( 4:54 ) it says to say: "mashaAllahu wa la kuwata ila billa"

it says in v. 46 ( 7:46 ) that the enduring (continuous, constant) deeds are better to Allah and our hope... for example: Praying sunna; fasting Monday/Thursday, dhikr, etc.
