Carpentersville Village President - "poor image?"

Carpentersville, Illinois trustee Judy Sigwalt. Trustee Sigwalt says that criticism of the police chief, when he is not in attendance, "is inappropriate and not fair." Sigwalt is angry that the audience speaker was allowed to finish his speech, and says that speeches should be cut off when she feels personally attacked. Sigwalt goes on to accuse the Village President of allowing for criticism when it suits his personal agenda. She is an inappropriate choice to help represent the Village of Carpentersville as a board member. The people of Carpentersville deserve much better! As a former resident of Carpentersville I am appalled by her rants and over all demeanor at village meetings!
