When I was in the military (Army 2-27 infantry) in Hawaii I met plenty of Marines. got along with them just fine. One thing Marines absolutely cannot stand are people who are NOT Marines bragging about how much more badass or better Marines are to other branches; Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Sailors, and Coast Guardsmen all duck the same shots and fight the same wars. They don't like or need people boasting on their behalf. Either enlist or just stick to Call of Duty.

USN, its a known fact that the Navy is just less stressful than the Marine Corps, does that make it better I think so

Zguy0fsci, That is not quite right, the German's did give the Marines the nick name "Devil Dogs" Because it was commonly known during the war that the trenches were in shouting distance of each other. So the marines would bark at the Germans before they attacked them.

The US Marine: 236 years of stomping ass around the globe, the finest fighting machine that has ever walked the Earth, an amphibious Death Dealer made up of the ashes from America's defeated enemies, every second he is alive he is a threat to your civilization, and will one day die a bloody, gut-strewn death on the battlefield, fighting for America, Mom, and Apple Pie

@duncan7599 I'm with the US Army, but there's nothing fag about joining the Navy. You absolutely have no idea what they do, and you're probably sitting on a computer over weight, pimples on your face, spoke to a woman besides your mommy, you're going to realize your life was a complete waste and then you're going to die alone.
