These orphan baby eastern cottontails were brought to me as orphans, raised to be independent, and then released back into the wild, where they belong. This video is dedicated to Christine Chamberlain, who I couldn't have done it without, and who is one of the top "bunny people" ever.
these guys are about 5 or 6 weeks old. Your little guy needs mother's milk. The best thing would be to put him back in the nest, if you can find it. If you can't, then you need to find a cottontail rehabber, by googling your state and wildlife rehabilitator and get the baby to her to be fed and raised.
