Though Krauser is an asshole here, in the games he's a fairly noble character, for all that he's a villain.

He goes and fights Terry purely out of familial duty to Geese, his half-brother (and because he wonders who could have beat Geese in the first place), and he didn't even LIKE Geese at all.

He's a ruthless killer in the ring, but only because he believes mercy has no place in combat.

"Chivalry" is actually listed as his favorite thing on his bio even.

He's equally fast in the games, which is ANNOYING AS HELL when you try to fight him.

Too bad, since Geese's video game version is supposed to be Krauser's equal, or perhaps even his superior, considering how many fucking times he's "died" and comes right back, whereas Krauser is just dead when Terry kills him.

No, he's definitely complimenting him based on how Terry says it.

He's basically saying that ever since he beat Geese he doesn't get to fight people who really let him go all-out, so he's thankful to get a serious workout for once.
