The first of four Cheyenne Frontier Days' Grand Parades featuring Wyoming dignitaries including US Senators Mike Enzi and John Barrasso, Miss Wyoming 2009, Miss Frontier 2009 and many others. Marching bands, historic horse-drawn vehicles, rodeo stars and others on horseback delight the Saturday, July 18 crowd.
