  • love how doc doesn't stop smoking even though he's about to draw against someone like ringo, doc holiday is the alpha pimp

  • You're no daisy! You're no daisy at all.

Love it. Awesome performance by Val Kilmer.

    Awesome movie.

  • @TheGreaterGood80 A few other unlucky bastards heard that too...

  • Val Kilmer was totally awesome in this film...

  • I heard that in real life Doc Holiday was a quick draw, but not an accurate marksman.

  • @robertgift after he shot him he was saying what he told Whyatt at the ranch, Ringo was high strung, was full of hate, had a big hole in his soul and no amount of killing could fill it. Whyatt, asked, why is he like that, Doc said revenge, Whyatt, for what? Doc, being born...... He just was full if hate.

  • @robertgift earlier in the movie, Ringo showed up in the streets drunk and wanting to fight Whyatt, Whyatt was unarmed, Holiday was on the porch getting a shave, stood up and said I'm you hucklebearer, thats just my game, it was a game for blood, a shoot out, but it never came to be because Ringo's friends stopped him and drug him away. at .34 thats what Doc is refering to. But Ringo wants to back out.

  • Thank you for the "huckle-bearer" explanation.

What does Ringo say at :34?

What is Holliday saying after Ringo is shot, and why?

    Thank you.

  • Favorite scene from Tombstone. "I was just foolin around" "I wasn't" total kickass lol No one is faster than Doc.

  • @TempleOfInanna2 Conversely, Johnny Ringo was a nobody. He was nowhere near the dramatic figure Biehn cuts for him, was not classically educated, and no less a figure than Louis L'Amour once commented that he failed to understand how Johnny Ringo gained any real reputation as a badman. That Holliday killed him in a gunfight is likely fiction; Ringo was found dead, apparently by his own hand, which was corroborated by a coroner's examination as a point-blank shot to the temple.
