Dubai's troubled economy causes share crash Nov 2009

Billions of dollars in loans to Dubai have not been repaid and the Dubai economy is starting to slump dramatically with many new buildings under construction abandoned due to lack of funding. European markets lost heavily ,with bank shares losing large percentages of their value.

China seems to be the country to turn to for helping struggling economies. The Asian and Middle East countries could strengthen the markets and stabilize Dubai if they work on more investment and trade initiatives. American markets are growing stronger than was expected considering that they are 10 trillion dollars in debt. The Chinese Government said that America had to be more kind toward China or they would not help the U.S. out of the recession. China has $Trillions in their investment bank.

Of coarse I was being sarcastic. Excessive risk should have to deal with its speculative failures. No bailouts should be occuring anywhere.  That is my real feelings on the matter.
