Grand Finale Fireworks Prior To Texas Stadium Implosion

The final burst of fireworks just prior to the planned demolition of Texas Stadium in Irving, Texas.

Texas Stadium was home of the Dallas Cowboys football team and tons of other events in the 40 years of its operation. The demolition of Texas Stadium was accomplished by a series of explosions configured to make the structure collapse towards the middle of itself in a sort of circling, spiralling pattern. Thousands of people attended the demolition event, which was sponsored by Kraft Foods, and proceeds from the $25 parking fee went to charity.
