MAZDA B2200 Turbocharged racing

may-08-09 @ mission raceway.. my 93 turbocharged mazda b2200 @ 3085LBS with me in it makes 200Hp and gets a 14.6 @ 91 MPH! this was the first time racing it there will be more to come!!

yes i do still have this truck .. i recently rebuilt the truck with a hx35w turbo out of a dodge cummins and all the charge pipes are tigged stainless as well as the exaust.. however i have a few bugs to work out..

yes i do . but the tranny dropped third gear, i think it is the same thing that happened in your build thread, sounds like a bolt flailing around, havent found or had time to find or fix it ...sux because i have not been able to race the hx35, but i need to install an external wastegate because i get boost creep at 3500rpm

sick dude, im glad you kept it! yah i would just grab another tranny, they are cheap and everywhere. you could go up to a b2600i 2wd trans, but you would need the factory turbo flywheel/clutch and the b2600i 2wd driveshaft too for the bigger yoke. you should join up on the forum i built it on, mazdatruckin com

i dont still own the truck, the owner at the time of this video lived in mission, i'm pretty sure he ended up selling it.

The Ford Probe GT engine is the same as the Mazda MX-6 GT... 2.2L 12 valve SOHC 4-banger. :-) ....Lots of go-fast goodies are available.

thats my old truck, i built it :D it has a mx6 GT turbo engine with a megasquirt standalone EFI system.
