Just curious as to what John Clark, one of the founders of OCAP, has ever contributed to Canada. He was sponsored here, worked for a few months, was laid off, and immediately became an activist. Since then, that is ALL he has done. He's never contributed an ounce of productivity to Canada yet sees fit to scream about how unjust it all is at every opportunity.

So in my opinion.....OCAP is only raising a stink to help keep their own pockets lined. The people at this "rally" are too blind to see their true agenda.

Maybe the FMTA and OCAP should release their members names....then lets just see how many are lining their pockets with City funding? and lying to all their "rally support".

Don't make city funding cuts...because it will take money out of the OCAP activists.

How about everyone find out what is proposed to be cut in the City budget. Funding to the group F M T A (Federation of Metro Tenants Association), $100,000 to their funding. (which is currently about 500,000 yearly paid by the city funding) Ironically enough O C A P has members of their group who work for the F M T A.

The funding is for non-legal advice to tenants, and their hotline. The province already gives FREE legal advice to tenants at the L T B (Landlord and Tenant Board).
