Everyone high school has a theatre program... and every theatre program has a tech crew. "Techies", "technicians", "technical operators"... call them what you will, but they are always there, and they are always watching. Not to be crossed, the tech crew is the driving force behind any well-running school - the sound, the lights, the equipment. They run it all, and behind the scenes at every prom, every dance, every assembly, the tech crew is making sure it all runs smoothly. Indeed, it is not the faculty or even the principal who holds the power at any school or facility - it is the technicians.
