4 yr old wrote a song we're calling Bo-Rock-Obama in February 2007 as part of a Black History Month school project in her Pre-K class. She was given this assignment as the only child who could pronounce his name. Considering the campaign had only just kicked off, it was a surprise to hear her impromptu performance when she sang during a live taping for the NEW PUBLIC TELEVISION SERIES, Raggs, featuring five dogs in a rock n' roll band. This segment, an interview with their pet cat Dumpster---think of "Kids Say the Darndest Things " ©---is often filled with humorous responses, so when she was asked, "What is your favorite song?" she replied with what sounded like, "Bo-Rock-Obama," and proceeded to sing. This clip did not make it into the series, but is a clever outtake showing her truly creative spirt.
