We were thinking and we decided that car companies should make wheelchairs oh, wait.
The Toyota iReal and other technology aimed at the mainstream that confuses us. Able-bodied people really need this stuff?

  • Cool if your chair can go up and down stairs. It would have to be a hibred because I can't fil'er up with gas. $60,000 are fun if you don't have to pay out of your own pocket. What do you thing about those scooter for people who don't need it for mobility?

  • How come this car is so(relatively)cheap and our non-techno-cool wheel chairs are so expensive? Is this tech available for us? Can we contact iBot or wherever their product development folks and suggest cross pollination? Am I mixing my metaphors? Probably...I would love to have a phone/gps/etc. thingamajig on my wheelchair. It just kicks it that ablebodied persons get the benefit before we do in the "personal wheeled vehicle/chair" arena.

  • We agree!

The program we use is called Call Recorder... is an add on program for Skype on the Mac.

  • That would be awesome! :) Kyle was telling me something about the iBot... I'll have to ask him about it again. Thanks for the comment!

  • That reminds me of John's idea of pimping out his chair. And what's it called iBot or something I forgot. Interesting stuff...maybe we should ask his grandma and see if there are designs he left and make them ourselves :)
