  • I had the blessing of dancing for Mr. Pomare for two years about three years before he passed. I will never forget him, and his unique way of communicating with his dancers ;) and is insightful spirit. The man was brilliant and gave me more than I could have ever asked for.

  • I agree. My husband loves the peace, his aunt is Ms. Sparkle with DCDC. I saw it for the first time and was speechless. I could not believe how moving the piece was. *q*

  • wow... i danced that piece in 2001...eleo pomare was my mentor.. i had the opportunity to dance the lead roles in many of his ballets including "las desenamoradas", "missa luba", "conauga", "black breeze" and "pennyless"

  • just saw las desenamoradas tonight at page auditorium.  absolutely breathtaking. a beautiful dance interpretation of lorca's novel. kudos to all those involved!

    does anyone know the song by coltrane that was played?
