My software renderer using 6 SPEs of Cell/B.E.

3067FPS: 1000 polygon(200pixel) 720x480(this video)

60FPS: 30000 polygon(200pixel) 1920x1080

On my newer version demo,
Polygon count benchmark test:
49.841 MPolygons/sec

Pixel fill rate benchmark test:
6248.684 MPixels/sec

  • add kernel boot option [ps3fb=17M] to /etc/kboot.conf

    Tried out this but could not get it running. I'm using xubuntu 2.6.28-6-powerpc-smp, ps3vram enabled, and getting this error :

    Error: More ps3fb VRAM required. Please check the configuration of your system.

    Any clue?
