IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS UPDATING YOUR PHONE: You will want to contact Samsung and/or T-Mobile. I really can't help because as you can see in the video my update went perfectly. (redoing my home screen aside 13:19). Since the update my phone has been running perfectly. Much better than it did before the update.
If you are still getting Unregistered Device errors on the software then try doing a "soft reset". This means turning off the phone, removing the battery for 30+ seconds, then reinserting the battery and turning the phone back on. A Samsung support rep had me do this and I forgot about it during the shooting of the video til a commenter just mentioned it. If that doesn't work then I'm sorry I don't have anything else for you.

@MrHeAtErMaN Yeah it looks like they changed their site a bit. I can't put links here in the comments (which is lame) but take the link to Samsung's Vibrant page in the description and then click on the "Support" link which is directly UNDER the "Tweet" and "Shop" buttons. then you should find Downloads to the right of the picture of the phone. ("Get Downloads" link)
