You should probably read this.
Okay, so Hermione was killed by a Death Eater during a battle. This video is basically showing Harry trying to cope with her loss and being haunted by memories and dreams of her. It also shows Hermione in a sort of Heaven, with her looking down on Harry and finding it hard to cope with how sad he is, whilst also remebering all the happy times they shared together as a couple.
The black and white, old-film-style clips are memories and dreams of the past. The sepia ones are Hermione in Heaven. And the normal ones are Harry in the present, coping with the loss of Hermione.
