This shit was REAL chaos in OPP, I know a dude who had did a two year bid and was just getting out, he told me it was wild, especially when they transferred them to other prisons, he told me that they brought them out in a field and left them out there and prisoners were attacking other prisoners for not reason and fucking people up bad(black on white, Black on black)..the guy that told me this looked spooked as a mothefucker to...

I was arrested and put into OPP for public urination. I was just 2 weeks in the US when this happened, back in 1998 I was a 19 year old Swiss tourist, and the New Orleans Police just send me to jail for a human need.
The US justice sucks, it's injustice! US isn't really a democratic nation. Because of this I won't ever go back to US! Nothing against Americans, but still, you're system just sucks!
