Sunday was my b'day and what better way to spend it but at the regional heats for the Pole Divas 2008 competition. Had a great time, saw a lot of talented ladies from the beginners to professional and this just seemed the easiest way to share the pics.

NO-WAY my old instructer Ann is in the first photo xxx's to u ann, well done ladies, wish i could have been there, but work got in the way....hopefully in '09 :0) xXx

yeeh she taught me some moves aswell.... she makes me think when she was small and now... eehh.. she made me proud ;-)

Girl in black at around 29 secs won amateurs, Sasha, purple bikini won advanced section and Bridget, red shoes little blue skirt won professionals xx
