This was recorded by plugging in direct to an ibook G4 laptop using a lightsnake cable from the new Godin Ambiance, microphone setting #1. Castanets by Arleen Hurtado, bass by Tommy Dades, guitar, palmas, drums and composition by Benjamin Woods. Drums were programmed using Garageband 1.0

@fledis It's not the years you put in, it's the hours. Everyone takes a different amount of time. I suggest no less than 4 consecutive hours a day of concentrated, focused practice. I quit my job (when I had one) many times to be at home practicing 8 to 10 hours a day. I did this for a few years.

Hey thanks! Yes, me and Marc are buddys. And actually we have collaborated before and hopefully more in the future. He played a gig with his trio last year in Hollywood at the Knitting Factory, and I opened for them. Later that night I went up and did a song with them. An honor! And I'm currently working on a new Flametal album where he does some amazing guest solos on a couple tunes. I should have it up on itunes by Febuary. I think you'll really dig it. Thanks again

Just learned about you from a friend at school, we're both at my school's flamenco dancing company and we both like metal music. She told me she came across your music some time ago and I just have to say: This is fucking awesome! Two of my favorite things combined together. Thanks for creating something so damn great.
