Oh my gosh....this reminds me of my dog Sophie may she rest in peace. She was a Welshie too and she would howl at all kinds of things like the piano or the smoke alarm. She was a real sweety.

@trigger721 you do realise that it is in-fact an instinctive behaviour of some dogs to respond to noises that it believes is another member of its pack communicating ?!
